Jessica Parker Kennedy (born October 3, 1984 in Calgary , Alberta ) is a Canadian actress . She is best known for her role as Plastique in Smallville and the role of Melissa Glaser in The Secret Circle .

life and career

Jessica Parker Kennedy was in on 3 October 1984. Calgary in the Canadian province of Alberta born. She began her acting career in 2006 in the film Santa Baby and its sequel Santa Baby 2 . In 2008 she starred as Tami at the side of Selena Gomez and Jane Lynch in the film Another Cinderella Story . This was followed by the recurring role of Bette Sans Souci or Plastique in Smallville . This was followed by other guest appearances in Troop - Die Monsterjäger , Lie to Me , Brothers & Sisters , V - The Visitors and Fairly Legal . In 2009 she appeared on the MTV series Valemont as Beatrice Grandville .

She was supposed to play the younger sister of Samantha Bloom in the JJ Abrams series Undercovers in 2010, but was then replaced by Mekia Cox . A year later she was also seen in the films 50/50 - Freunde fürs (Über) Leben and In Time . From September 2011 to May 2012 she had the lead role of Melissa Glaser in The CW - Mystery series The Secret Circle held.
