Jesús Herrada López (born July 26, 1990 in Mota del Cuervo ) is a Spanish cyclist .

Athletic career

Herrada won the junior race Trofeo Junta de Comunidades in 2007 and won a part of the junior stage races Vuelta Ciclista Ciudad de Valdepenas and Rutas del Vino . In the latter case, he also won the overall ranking. In addition, Herrada was the Spanish Junior Individual Time Trial Champion. In 2008 he defended this title and was able to celebrate further successes with a stage win and victory in the overall standings at the Volta a la Safor and the win of a section each at the Vuelta al Besaya and the Kroz Istru . In 2010 Herrada became the national U23 time trial champion and won a stage of the Vuelta Madrid . For the 2011 season he became a professional with the Movistar Team and was able to win the team time trial of the Burgos Tour with the team .

In the following year Herrada won stage victories in various tours such as the Asturias Tour . In 2017 he became the Spanish road champion.
