Emilio Rodríguez Barros (born November 28, 1923 in Ponteareas , † February 21, 1984 ibid) was a Spanish cyclist .

Emilio Rodríguez comes from a very enthusiastic Galician family. His brothers Delio (1916–1994), Pastor (* 1922) and Manolo (1926–1997) were also racing cyclists. While his even more successful brother Delio was an excellent sprinter and rouleur , Emilio's strengths were more in the mountains. He won the mountain classification of the Vuelta a España in 1946, 1947 and 1950. In 1950 he also won the overall classification before his brother Manolo. He also got five stage wins. He achieved another Vuelta stage victory in 1947. Like his brother Delio, he also won several regional tours in Spain in his career, which lasted from 1945 to 1958. He was the only one of the brothers to take part in the Tour de France , but without much success.
