Frans De Mulder (born December 14, 1937 in Kruishoutem , Belgium ; † March 5, 2001 in Deinze , Belgium) was a Belgian cyclist .

Career

Frans De Mulder's professional career lasted from 1958 to 1963 and he achieved a total of 14 victories. His most successful year was 1960 when he won the Tour of Spain and celebrated four stage wins.
