Marc Sergeant (born August 16, 1959 in Aalst ) is a former Belgian cyclist and today's team manager.

In 1981 Marc Sergeant became Belgian road champion for amateurs and in 1986 for professionals. He started twelve times in the Tour de France ; In 1987 he won a stage. His best overall ranking was 33rd on the 1988 Tour .

Today Marc Sergeant is the team manager of Lotto Soudal (as of 2019).
