Julius Perstaller (born April 8, 1989 in Innsbruck ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

society

Perstaller began his career at BNZ Tirol, the youth center of FC Wacker Tirol . In 2006 he joined the Tyrolean cooperation association, WSG Swarovski Wattens . After returning to Wacker, he was loaned to SV Hall in the Regionalliga West .

Julius Perstaller's first Bundesliga appearance was against FK Austria Wien on April 26, 2008 , when he came on for Florian Mader in the 47th minute . At this point the relegation of the Tyroleans to the first division was already certain. Perstaller is a regular player in this league. With FC Wacker Innsbruck, Perstaller was in the 2009/10 season two points ahead of FC Admira Wacker Mödling champion of the second-rate Austrian first division and thus rose with the team in the Bundesliga.

After a total of six years in the Innsbruck first team, he moved to SV Ried in the summer of 2013 .

On June 2, 2015, SV Ried announced that Perstaller would transfer to the German third division club Hansa Rostock free of charge . There he could not assert himself permanently, whereupon he terminated his contract, which was running until 2017, in August 2016 and moved to the Regionalliga Südwest for SV Elversberg .

He returned to Austria for the 2019/20 season and moved to third-class FC Zirl .

National team

From 2009 to 2010 he also played in the Austrian U-21 national team .
