The District of La Ferte-Saint-Aubin is a French canton in the Arrondissement Orléans in Loiret in the region Center-Val de Loire ; its main town is La Ferté-Saint-Aubin . Xavier Deschamps ( UMP ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département from 1982 to 2015 . Christian Braux and Anne Gaborit (both Union de la droite) have been since 2015.

For the nationwide reorganization of the cantons in March 2015, the canton consisted of the six municipalities of Ardon , La Ferté-Saint-Aubin , Ligny-le-Ribault , Marcilly-en-Villette , Ménestreau-en-Villette and Sennely .
