The Canton Laon-1 is a French constituency in the Aisne department in the region of Hauts-de-France . It comprises 27 parishes in the Laon arrondissement . It was re-created in 2015 as a result of the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons.
Communities
The canton consists of 27 municipalities with a total of 25,210 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017). It covers an area of 213.07 km² plus the northern part of the city of Laon:
