The canton of Le Catelet was a French canton in the arrondissement of Saint-Quentin , in the department of Aisne and in the region of Picardy until 2015 ; his chief town was Le Catelet . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015.

The canton Le Catelet was 139.26 km² and had 8,537 inhabitants (as of 2012) ; this corresponded to a population density of 61 inhabitants per square kilometer. The canton was at its lowest point, in Vendhuile , 83 meters high, at its highest point, in Levergies , 155 meters.
