geography
The village is made up of the neighboring municipalities of Prémontré in the northeast and east, Brancourt-en-Laonnois in the southeast and the municipalities of the canton Vic-sur Aisne Quincy-Basse in the south and southwest, Landricourt in the west, Jumencourt and Coucy-la-Ville in the northeast as well Fresnes-sous-Coucy to the north.
