Pierremande is about 30 kilometers northeast of Compiègne. The Ailette borders the municipality in the southwest. Pierremande is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Autreville in the north, Sinceny-Autreville in the north and north-east, Folembray in the east and south-east, Champs in the south, Saint-Paul-aux-Bois in the west and south-west and Bichancourt in the west and north-west.
