The canton of Rodez-Est was a French canton in the Aveyron department and in the Midi-Pyrénées region , France until 2015 . It comprised two parishes and the eastern parts of the main town (chef-lieu) Rodez in the arrondissement of Rodez . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015. Stéphane Bultel was last representative in the conseil général des Départements from 2004 to 2015.
