The Canton Vannes-3 (Breton Canton Gwened-3 ) is a French constituency in Arrondissement of Vannes , in Morbihan department and in the region of Brittany . Its main town is Vannes .
history
The canton was created on March 22, 2015 due to the reorganization of the cantons in France. In 2015, the municipality of Saint-Avé in the previous canton of Vannes-Est , three municipalities in the canton of Elven (Monterblanc, Saint-Nolff and Treffléan) and the municipality of Meucon in the canton of Grand-Champ (Plescop) moved to the new canton.
