The canton of Séné is located in the southeast of the Morbihan department east of the city of Vannes .

history

The canton was created on March 22, 2015 due to the reorganization of the cantons in France. All five municipalities of the former canton of Sarzeau and six municipalities of the former canton of Vannes-Est form the new administrative unit.
