Karl von Schelling

Karl Friedrich August Schelling , from 1898 Ritter von Schelling , (born November 1, 1844 in Erlangen , † April 18, 1904 in Munich ) was a Bavarian administrative officer.

Life

Karl von Schelling was the son of the Erlangen law professor Paul Heinrich Joseph Schelling. He studied law at the University of Erlangen . In 1863 he became a member of the Onoldia Corps . After completing his studies and doctorate as Dr. iur. he entered the Bavarian civil service.

From 1897 to 1902 von Schelling was the regional president of the administrative district of Middle Franconia . In 1898 he was ennobled. He carried the honorary title of excellence . After his retirement in 1902 he lived in Munich.
