Kosyrewsk ( Russian Козыре́вск ) is a village with 1241 inhabitants (as of October 14, 2010) on the Kamchatka Peninsula ( Russia ).
The village is located about 400 kilometers north of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky in the Ust-Kamchatsk district of the Kamchatka region . Kozyrevsk is located west of the main road Petropavlovsk - Klyuchi - Ust-Kamchatsk on the Kamchatka River .
The place is mainly made up of low-build wooden houses.
In an easterly direction one way to natural park leads Kljutschewskoi with the 50 kilometers away volcano Klyuchevskaya as well as the ash fields of the volcano Tolbachik in 70 kilometers from Kosyrewsk.
