Crystal mosque

The Crystal Mosque ( Malay : Masjid Kristal ) is a mosque in Kuala Terengganu , Terengganu , Malaysia .

The mosque was built between 2006 and 2008 with four minarets and holds 700 worshipers. It was officially opened on February 8th, 2008 by the 13th Yang di-Pertuan Agong , Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin of Terengganu.

Islamic Heritage Park

The crystal mosque is the attraction in the "Islamic Heritage Park" (Malay: Taman Tamadun Islam ), which is located on the island of Wan Man .

In the park there are many replicas of world-famous mosques on a scale of 1: 8:
