Kristína Kučová  (born May 23,   1990  in Bratislava  , Czechoslovakia  ) is a Slovak   tennis player  . Her older sister Zuzana  , with whom she won two ITF titles in 2007 and 2009, ended her professional career in 2013.
Career Kristína Kučová started playing tennis at the age of six; according to the WTA  , her favorite surface is the hard court. At the beginning of 2007 she became a professional player.
So far she has won 11 singles and five doubles titles at ITF  tournaments. She narrowly missed the top 100 in the WTA world rankings  when she reached 103rd place on August 3, 2009, her best position for a long time; In September 2016, she achieved her previous record with 71st place.
In 2008 she first appeared for the Slovak Fed Cup team  ; she won her individual game in a 5-0 victory over Uzbekistan. In contrast, in the 3-2 victory over China  in 2010, she lost singles and doubles. There have now been three more Fed Cup defeats.
