Kuwait Open 2008

The Kuwait Open 2008 took place from April 21 to 27, 2008 in Kuwait City . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2007/08 and belonged to the Super Series Platinum category . The prize money was $ 200,000.

The defending champion was Ramy Ashour , who reached the final again and met Amr Shabana there as in the previous year . Shabana won the game with 11: 9, 11: 7 and 13:11 and thus his 21st career title.

The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 32 players, eight of which were reserved for qualifiers. The 16 best players were seeded. Per Wildcard received Abdullah Al Muzayen a spot in the main draw.
