The judicial district included the municipalities Bärnstein , Eberhardsreuth , Eppenschlag , Furth , Gmund , Grafenau , Großarmschlag , Großmisselberg , Hartmann Horse , Henry Horse , Hilgen Reith , Innernzell , Kirchberg , Klingenbrunn (now Spiegelau ), Kreuzberg , Lembach , Lieberberg , Midnight , Nendlnach , Neudorf , Oberkreuzberg , Ranfels , Rosenau , Saldenburg , Sankt Oswald , Schlag , Schöfweg , Schönanger (today Neuschönau), Schönberg , Solla , Thurmansbang and Zenting .
