The Lehmannsteich nature reserve is located in the city of Sonnewalde in the Elbe-Elster district in Brandenburg .

The area with the identification number 1331 was placed under nature protection by ordinance of March 26, 1981 . The approximately 140.5 hectare nature reserve extends southwest of Kleinkrausnik , a district of the town of Sonnewalde, and northeast of Hillmersdorf , a district of the municipality of Fichtwald . The state road L 703 runs south and the L 70 west. To the east extends the approximately 328 ha large nature reserve Lugkteichgebiet with the Lugkteich .
