The 1992/93 season in performance class A was the fourth edition of the top division in Swiss women's ice hockey and also the seventh Swiss championship. The title was won for the first time in the club's history by the SC Lyss women's team , while the Grasshopper Club Zurich , which had dominated the past few years, was relegated to class B.
The star of the SC Lyss team was the Finnish top striker Riikka Nieminen .
