Tichoretschenskoje ( Russian Тихореченское , German  Linkau ) is a place in the Russian Oblast of Kaliningrad . It belongs to the rural municipality of Selskoje posselenije Divnoje in the Baltiysk district .

Geographical location

Tichoretschenskoje is located in the southwest of Samland , 28 kilometers west of the oblast capital Kaliningrad (Königsberg) and nine kilometers northeast of the former district town Primorsk (Fischhausen) . The municipal road 27K-255 runs through the village from Doroschnoje (Kaspershöfen) on the regional road 27A-016 (ex A193 ) via Zwetnoje (Kallen) and Niwy (Kompehnen) to Kruglowo (Poland) on the regional road 27A-013 (ex A192 ). There is no longer a train connection. Until 1945 Kallen (Zwetnoje) was the next stop on the Fischhausen – Marienhof railway line of the Fischhausen district railway .

history

The village, called Linkau until 1946 , was founded in 1354. In 1874, the village of Adlig Linkau was taken over in the newly formed Gauten district (today in Russian: Putilowo). This belonged to the district of Fischhausen in the administrative district of Königsberg in the Prussian province of East Prussia . On June 6, 1899, the decision was made that the village of Adlig Linkau is to be regarded as an estate district . In 1910, 82 people lived here.

On September 30, 1928 Linkau gave up its independence again and merged with the neighboring towns of Bohnau (Russian: Semljanitschnoje, no longer existent), Gauten (Putilowo), Godnicken (Chekhovo, no longer existent), Korjeiten (Putilowo) and Polennen ( Kruglowo) to form the new rural community Godnicken. On May 18, 1930, the Gauten district was renamed "Godnicken District" and in 1939 joined the Samland district .

As a result of the war, Linkau came to the Soviet Union with northern East Prussia in 1945 . In 1947 the place was given the Russian name Tichoreschenskoje and was assigned to the village soviet Logwinski selski Sowet in Primorsk Raion at the same time . In 1950 the place got into the Zwetnowski selski sowet and in 1959 then into the Powarowski selski sowet . Presumably in 1994 Tichoretschenskoje was assigned to the city district of Baltiysk and since 2008 belongs to the rural municipality of Selskoje posselenije Divnoje in the Baltiysk district .

church

Until 1945 Linkau with its almost exclusively Protestant population was incorporated into the parish of the parish church in Germau (today Russian: Russkoje). It belonged to the parish of Fischhausen (Primorsk) within the church province of East Prussia of the Church of the Old Prussian Union . Today Tichoretschenskoje is in the catchment area of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Resurrection in Kaliningrad (Königsberg) in the Kaliningrad provost of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of European Russia .
