The official title of the head of government is grönl. Naalakkersuisut siulittaasuat (chairman of the state government). Until the expansion of autonomy in 2009, when Danish lost its status as the official language in Greenland , the official Danish title was landsstyreformand . In addition to Prime Minister , the term Prime Minister is used.
