List of stumbling blocks in Wettin-Löbejün

The list of stumbling blocks in Wettin-Löbejün contains all the stumbling blocks that were laid by Gunter Demnig in Wettin-Löbejün as part of the art project of the same name . They are intended to commemorate the victims of National Socialism who lived and worked in Wettin-Löbejün. In the only move to date, two stones were moved to one address on May 7, 2013.

Frieda Bernstein was born in Löbejün. She later lived in Leipzig . There she was arrested on December 11, 1942 and eight days later deported to Auschwitz-Birkenau , where she was murdered on January 14, 1943.

May 7, 2013 Walter Bernstein (1901–1943)

Walter Bernstein was born in Löbejün and was the brother of Frieda Bernstein. He later lived in Wartenburg in East Prussia and in Tapiau . He was deported to Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp, where he was murdered on January 3, 1943.
