The essentially Romanesque chapel, which is located in the south-west of the house mountain, was rebuilt in the early Gothic style in the 14th century . That the St. George performing altarpiece is a work of the painter Leopold Schulz from the year 1857. Hermann belly 1984 created a stained glass window with ornaments .

The parish was founded in 1055 as the original parish for the north-eastern Weinviertel . The church is essentially Romanesque . In the first half of the 13th century the north aisle was added and the nave was raised. In 1486 it was converted into a late Gothic staggered church and the south aisle was built . The side chapel, known as the Marien or Warndorfer chapel, dates from the last third of the 13th century, the tower from 1497. The parish church is furnished in baroque style .

The seven meter high court column was erected around 1600. The opening for the crossbar can be seen on the south side. The last execution took place on November 8, 1743.
