The water reservoir north of the village has a round arch portal and formerly an iron door, which is flanked by two obelisks , it dates from the beginning of the 20th century. It is part of the aqueduct from Kirchstetten (Neudorf in the Weinviertel) to Laa an der Thaya, where the water flows freely. The spring intake is located on the west side of the Falkensteiner mountain. The gable roof was recently put on and the door was also replaced.

The construction of the late Romanesque - early Gothic pillar basilica began around 1240 and was provisionally completed in the third quarter of the 13th century - still without a tower. The tower was started in the 14th century and completed in 1466. In 1653/1654 and from 1720 to 1745 the church was redesigned in Baroque style . The design of the baroque west portal, which according to the chronogram took place in 1700, is attributed to the architect Johann Bernhard Fischer von Erlach . The sculptor Ignaz Lengelacher created the high altar in 1741 . The late baroque pulpit from 1756 is the work of the sculptor Paul Oswald .

The chapel, known locally as Laaer Frauenbild , is a Marienkapelle and was built in 1858/59 by the Laa master builder Michael Singer. The reason for the building was probably the proclamation of the dogma of the Immaculate Conception of Mary by the Pope in 1854. On the left in front of the chapel there is an oak tree under conservation .

To the southwest of Wulzeshofen there is a relief block column, the type of construction of which corresponds to the late 17th century, but which, due to the image program, is dated to the first half of the 18th century. The block of images with four reliefs rests on a slender, bulged sandstone pillar that rises above a cube-shaped plinth on a concrete plinth set into the ground. The four reliefs depict the crucifixion of Christ with the three Marys , the epidemic saints Sebastian, Rochus and Rosalia, the saints Florian and Johannes Nepomuk as well as the so-called “ earthly walk ”.
