ManDoki Soulmates is a music project by the music producer and musician Leslie Mandoki .
Through the studio work and the resulting production activities, Leslie Mandoki found a way to realize his original artistic vision. His passion for jazz rock of the 1970s and intellectual rock music resulted in the Soulmates project with jazz and rock icons such as Ian Anderson ( Jethro Tull ), Jack Bruce ( Cream ), Chris Thompson ( Manfred Mann's Earth Band ), David Clayton-Thomas ( Blood, Sweat & Tears ), Bobby Kimball ( Toto ), Michael Brecker and Randy Brecker , Nik Kershaw , Steve Khan , Al Di Meola , Bill Evans ( Miles Davis band), Anthony Jackson ( Steely Dan , Paul Simon , Bee Gees , Chick Corea ) and Victor Bailey ( Madonna , Weather Report , Mary J. Blige ), Chaka Khan and Steve Lukather ( Toto ), Till Brönner , John Helliwell ( Supertramp ) and Eric Burdon .
There are now 10 albums from the ManDoki Soulmates project and numerous concerts in different line-ups. The eleventh album BudaBest was released in November 2013.
