Mankiwka ( Ukrainian Маньківка ; Russian Маньковка Mankowka , Polish Mańkówka ) is an urban-type settlement and district center in the west of the Ukrainian Cherkassy Oblast with about 7800 inhabitants (2014).
Mankivka located in the Dnieper Upland on Mankiwa , a tributary of the Hirskyj Tikytsch 180 km west of Cherkassy and 33 km north of Uman . The village, first mentioned in writing in 1622, received the status of an urban-type settlement in 1965.

Mankiwka is the administrative seat of the Rajons of the same name, founded in 1923. The Rajon Mankivka km² about 28,000 inhabitants and an area of 765.1. The population density is 38 inhabitants per km².
