Marcel Tanzmayr (born January 13, 2002 in Vienna ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Tanzmayr started his career at FC Gänserndorf Süd . For the 2013/14 season he moved to SV Strasshof . In April 2016 he came to AKA St. Pölten , where he went through all age groups.

In February 2020 he moved to Bundesliga club SKN St. Pölten , where he received a contract that ran until June 2022. He made his Bundesliga debut in July 2020 when he came on as a substitute for Issiaka Ouédraogo in the 78th minute against SCR Altach on matchday 32 of the 2019/20 season .

National team

Tanzmayr made his debut against Cyprus for the Austrian U-17 team in September 2018 .
