Kofi Yeboah Schulz (born July 21, 1989 in Berlin ) is a German soccer player .

Career

Schulz began his career in the youth of Rapide Wedding and changed in the summer of 1999 in the E-youth of Hertha BSC . He stayed at Hertha until June 2004 and received an invitation from Milton Keynes Dons . Here he signed a professional contract a short time later and played for four years in the youth of the MK Dons. In the summer of 2008 he left Milton Keynes and moved to AFC Kempston Rovers .

On July 16, 2011, he left England and returned to Germany; he signed a two-year contract with third division club SV Babelsberg 03 . Various injuries ensured that in two years he only made six short appearances in the 3rd professional league and mostly played for the Babelsberg reserve team in the Brandenburgliga . After the 2012/13 season he left Babelsberg.

In January 2014, the regional league team KFC Uerdingen 05 signed Kofi Schulz. After the club's relegation to the league, he moved to Switzerland in the summer of 2015 for the second division club FC Biel-Bienne .

In the summer of 2016, Schulz signed a contract for the Super League with FC St. Gallen . For FC St. Gallen, Schulz played 22 Super League games in his first season, but was no longer considered in his second season at FC St. Gallen and then moved to FC Winterthur in the Challenge League in October 2017 . Schulz received a contract there until the end of the season.

For the 2018/19 season he moved to Greece to Apollon Smyrnis . However, he did not play for the Greeks, and the club was relegated from the Super League that season . Thereupon he left Smyrnis. In August 2019 he moved to Austria for the second division SKU Amstetten , where he received a contract that ran until June 2020. In February 2020 he moved to the Bundesliga club SKN St. Pölten . In July 2020, his expiring contract with SKN was extended to June 2022.
