Nico Gorzel (born July 29, 1998 in Munich ) is a German soccer player .

Career

Gorzel began his career in Austria when SV Austria Salzburg and played after the takeover by Red Bull continued for FC Red Bull Salzburg . After going through all of Salzburg's academy departments, he made his debut in the second division for FC Liefering in April 2016 .

He won the 2016/17 UEFA Youth League with the U-19s of FC Red Bull Salzburg .

After the 2017/18 season he left Liefering. In July 2018 he moved to SC Wiener Neustadt . After the forced relegation of Wiener Neustadt, he left the club after the 2018/19 season.

In January 2020 he moved to Bundesliga club SKN St. Pölten , where he received a contract that ran until June 2021.
