Margit Nemesházi

Margit Nemesházi (born Markó; born January 13, 1943 in Budapest ) is a former Hungarian sprinter .

In 1962 she reached the semi-finals at the European Athletics Championships in Belgrade over 100 m .

At the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 1964, she was seventh in the 4-by-100-meter relay and reached the semifinals over 100 m .

In 1966 she won the European Indoor Games in Dortmund over 60 m . At the European Championships in Budapest she was sixth in the 100 m and fourth in the 4 x 100 meter relay

The following year she won the European Indoor Games in 1967 in Prague over 50 m.

At the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City, she was eliminated over 100 m and in the 4-by-100-meter relay in each case in the preliminary run.

In 1971 she was at the European Championships in Helsinki fifth in the 4-by-100-meter relay and failed over 100 m in the first round.

She was five times Hungarian champion over 100 m and once over 200 m .
