Meaucé is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Fontaine-Simon in the north, Belhomert-Guéhouville in the east and northeast, La Loupe in the east and southeast, Vaupillon in the south, Bretoncelles in the southwest and Le Pas-Saint-l'Homer in the west and northwest.
