Coudray-au-Perche is located about 49 kilometers west-southwest of Chartres in the Perche . Coudray-au-Perche is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Souancé-au-Perche in the north, Vichères in the northeast, Béthonvilliers in the east, Authon-du-Perche in the south and southeast, Saint-Bomer in the southwest and Les Étilleux in the west.
