Arcisses is a French commune with 2,204 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Eure-et-Loir in the region Center-Val de Loire . It belongs to the arrondissement of Nogent-le-Rotrou and the canton of the same name, Nogent-le-Rotrou .

It was created as Commune nouvelle with effect from January 1, 2019 by merging the previous municipalities of Margon , Brunelles and Coudreceau , which have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are located in Margon .

The municipality is located around 50 kilometers southwest of Chartres in the Perche Regional Nature Park . Neighboring municipalities are: Sablons sur Huisne in the north-west and north, Marolles-les-Buis in the north-east, Saintigny in the east, Thiron-Gardais and La Gaudaine in the south-east, Champrond-en-Perchet in the south and Nogent-le-Rotrou in the south-west and west .
