Monika Manz

Monika Manz (born December 18, 1947 in Bad Birnbach ) is a German actress who comes from Lower Bavaria .

Life

Manz began her career as an actress with an apprenticeship at the La Mama Theater in New York . She played in numerous theaters in Germany .

She played mostly small supporting roles. She was seen in Erkan & Stefan as Stefan's mother. She also took on this role in the two sequels Erkan and Stefan - Against the Powers of Darkness and Erkan & Stefan in The Death Comes Krass . Manz was seen in Marcus H. Rosenmüller's Who Dies Earlier Is Dead longer as a cashier. Rosenmüller also cast them for the films Best Time and Best Region . In Matthias Kiefersauer's feature film debut Das große Hobeditzn she played the role of Anneliese Breitensteiner. She also directed an episode of the BR series Franzi under the direction of Kiefersauer . She was seen in Franz Xaver Bogner's series Der Kaiser von Schexing as well as in Lindenstrasse and many other cinema and television productions. In 2014 she was in Michael Verhoeven's TV film Let's go! to see.

She lives with her husband, the actor and director Gerd Lohmeyer , in Munich .
