Gingelom is the southernmost municipality in the province of Limburg in Belgium with 8405 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2019).
The municipality includes the following localities: Borlo, Buvingen, Jeuk, Montenaken, Niel-bij-Sint-Truiden, Mielen-boven-Aalst, Muizen, Boekhout, Vorsen, Kortijs. In the north Gingelom borders on the municipality of Sint-Truiden and in the northeast on the municipality of Heers .
