Montescudo Monte Colombo is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) in the province of Rimini ( region Emilia-Romagna ). It was formed on January 1, 2016 from the municipalities of Montescudo and Monte Colombo . The seat of the municipality is in Monte Colombo. The community has 6850 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019).

The municipality is at an average altitude of 328 meters above sea level. Districts ( frazioni ) are Albereto, Croce, Monte Colombo, Montescudo, Osteria Nuova, San Savino, Santa Maria del Piano, Taverna, Trarivi, Valliano and Vallecchio.

The neighboring municipalities are Coriano , Faetano (RSM), Gemmano , San Clemente and Sassofeltrio (PU). The municipality borders the province of Pesaro and Urbino and the miniature state of San Marino .
