Mutschlena is a district of the municipality of Krostitz in the Saxon district of North Saxony in Germany .

geography

Mutschlena is located southeast of the main town Krostitz in the triangle of the cities of Eilenburg , Delitzsch and Leipzig . The place is on the district roads 7424 and 7429, which connect the place with Krostitz and Gottscheina . There is also a connection to State Road 4 and on to Kupsal . In the hallway of Mutsch Lena lying Ortswüstung Netzsch .

history

Mutschlena is both a round hamlet and a dead end village in terms of the type of settlement . Until 1815 the place belonged to the Electoral Saxon Office Eilenburg . He came to Prussia through the resolutions of the Congress of Vienna and in 1816 was assigned to the Delitzsch district in the Merseburg administrative district of the province of Saxony , to which he belonged until 1952. In the course of the district reform in the GDR in 1952, Mutschlena was assigned to the newly tailored Delitzsch district in the Leipzig district, which was added to the Delitzsch district in 1994 .

On March 1, 1994, the rural community Mutschlena was incorporated into Krostitz and has been part of the community ever since.
