Mythical places on the Upper Rhine

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Mythical Places on the Upper Rhine ( French Lieux mythiques dans le Rhin Supérieur ) is a regional tourist route on the Upper Rhine . It leads to legendary pilgrimage and religious sites in the tourist regions of southern Baden , Alsace and north-western Switzerland . The concept was developed by a project group led by the city of Lörrach and financed by the European Union , the Swiss Confederation and the Conseil Général Haut-Rhin .

In spring and summer 2007 there was a special exhibition in the Dreiländermuseum in Lörrach with original exhibits from the mythical places. Since then, part of it has been shown at irregular intervals as a traveling exhibition by the project partners.
