NGC 7053 is a galaxy of Hubble type S? in the constellation Pegasus in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 220 million light years from the Milky Way and about 90,000 light years in diameter.
The Type Ia supernova SN 2003ep was observed here.
The object was discovered by Albert Marth on September 2, 1863 .
