NGC 7069 is an elliptical galaxy with an active nucleus of the Hubble type E / S0 in the constellation Aquarius on the ecliptic . It is an estimated 421 million light years from the Milky Way and about 160,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies IC 1381 , IC 1383 , IC 1385 , IC 1387 .
The object was discovered by Albert Marth on October 12, 1863 .
