NHL Foundation Player Award
The NHL Foundation Player Award was a National Hockey League ice hockey award . It was awarded annually from 1998 to 2017 in collaboration with the NHL Foundation to the player who was particularly committed to charitable causes in society. After the 2016/17 season, the award was discontinued and from now on social commitment was honored exclusively with the King Clancy Memorial Trophy .
