Nathan Daniel Jerome Redmond (born March 6, 1994 in Birmingham ) is an English football player .

Career

Redmond has been with Birmingham City since he was a teenager . He has been a member of the club's professional team since 2010 and was loaned to Burton Albion for a short time in the 2010/11 season. He plays in the left midfield.

Redmond played from the U-16s for all junior teams of the English association . On March 22, 2017, he made his first appearance for the senior national team in the friendly against world champions Germany, when he came on for Adam Lallana in the 66th minute . At the U-21 European Championship 2017 , Redmond could not convert the decisive penalty in the penalty shootout in the semifinals against Germany , whereupon England were eliminated.
