Necar Zadegan

Necar Zadegan ( Persian نکار زادگان Necar Zadegan ; * June 20, 1982 in Heidelberg , Germany ) is an Iranian - American theater and film actress and model . She achieved greater fame for her role as Dalia Hassan in the 8th season of the television series 24 .

biography

Zadegan was born in Heidelberg as the daughter of two Persians, but has lived in San Francisco since childhood . At the age of 16 Zadegan began acting with performances at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe . She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara , with a degree in English literature.

Zadegan's first television appearance was in 2005 on an episode of the Bernie Mac Show . In 2010 she played Dalia Hassan in the 8th season of the hit series 24 . In the short-lived hospital series Emily Owens , she played Gina Bandari , one of the main characters in the series. In the television series Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce she is one of the main cast and in the series Extant in the second season of the main cast . In the US crime series Navy CIS: New Orleans , she took on the role of Special Agent Hannah Khoury from the fifth season.
