Neupölla is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Pölla in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 120 building areas with 49,068 m² and 97 gardens on 56,669 m² in the cadastral community Neupölla , in 1989/1990 there were 137 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 176 and in 2009/2010 there were 184 buildings on 382 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 353 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 4 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 335 hectares and 16 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 304 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 25 hectares. The average soil climate number of Neupölla is 30.8 (as of 2010).
