Kleinenzersdorf is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Pölla in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 19 building areas with 9,954 m² and 26 gardens on 27,500 m² in the cadastral community of Kleinenzersdorf , in 1989/1990 there were 26 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 64 and in 2009/2010 there were 26 buildings on 65 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 74 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 48 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 73 hectares and 48 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 68 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 50 hectares. The average soil climate number of Kleinenzersdorf is 28.7 (as of 2010).
