Waldreichs is a place and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Pölla in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 4 building areas with 9,471 m² and a garden with 3,108 m² in the cadastral community of Waldreichs , in 1999/2000 there were also 4 building areas and in 2009/2010 there were 2 buildings on 8 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is shaped by forestry. 86 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 125 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 87 hectares and 125 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 60 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 151 hectares. The average soil climate of Waldreichs is 24.1 (as of 2010).
