Wegscheid am Kamp is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Pölla in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 55 building areas with 20,688 m² and 66 gardens on 45,607 m² in the cadastral community Wegscheid , in 1989/1990 there were 61 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 144 and in 2009/2010 there were 69 buildings on 149 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 154 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 70 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 138 hectares and 89 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 134 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 88 hectares. The average soil climate number of Wegscheid is 24.7 (as of 2010).
